Workshops

Workshops are a good way of meeting minded people to engage in physical activities that can improve your health and stamina.

The objective is to meet in small groups where we can learn how the different muscles in our bodies work and the type of exercises that we can do to improve muscle strength.

During the classes, we will use breathing techniques, pilates and yoga to focus on different muscles. For example, we can practice pelvic exercises that can help to improve bladder control and any issues with incontinence.

At the end of each session, we will take the opportunity to socialise with each other and share some light snacks and drinks.
